Fire Department

The Stanford Heights Fire Department is the firematic and social entity that provides emergency services to the residents of the Stanford Heights Fire District. In addition to providing fire protection and emergency medical services the Fire Department also takes a proactive approach to fire prevention. Every year members of the department visit Veeder Elementary School to educate students as part of an overall fire safety day. The department also conducts an annual fire prevention night that is open to the general public. Several local businesses within the district also hold safety days throughout the year and invite the department to attend with a fire truck.

The social aspect of the department is headed by the President and holds annual fundraiser events such as the Turkey Raffle and Boot Drives. The department also participates in a variety of local social events such as parades, sports competitions, and open houses.
